OUR DESIGN PROCESS

We engaged in a process to develop and build this new fellowship program. We are exploring a range of questions, from structure and content, anti-racism training, management, alumni support, and more. As we continue our outreach we are prioritizing input from leaders of color and prospective placement organizations.
